Jason Homme is a Director at Avatar Financial Group LLC (Avatar), where he serves as a Loan Analyst and acts as the initial point of contact for most brokers and borrowers. A licensed real estate broker in California and an attorney in both Washington and California, Jason brings a legal background that enhances his loan evaluation and structuring capabilities. Prior to joining Avatar, he worked with several law firms, including Northwest Justice Project and Perkins Coie. Jason earned a B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California in 1993 and received his J.D. from California Western School of Law in 1996.
