Potential Benefits of a Debt Fund with a REIT Structure:

Utilizing our best practices. We are not changing our business, just improving our structure.
Investors will purchase a Membership Interest in the Fund and the REIT will be owned by the Fund (a subsidiary).
Investors may earn up to an 8% preferred return*, plus 50% of any return in excess of 8% in a given year. (*Your return on a Membership Interest will depend on portfolio results.)
Current investors may opt to have payoffs from your existing account invested in Membership Interests of the Fund.
Up to 20% of qualified net income has the potential to be excluded from taxable income of the Fund Members, under the Jobs Act of 2017.
